Smooth on at bedtime on damp to wet, just-showered skin.  The skin is most receptive to this ultra-concentrated balm after a shower or freshly washed skin.  This product is highly concentrated - so a little goes a long way and a little on wet skin goes even further.  ; )   Allow it to work over night, while you sleep.  Awaken with hydrated ultra-soft skin.
